Before you start — good to know
  • SCA Notas issues Brazilian invoices (NFS-e, NF-e, NFC-e, CT-e, MDF-e, NFCom and DC-e). NFS-e is available for MEI and Simples Nacional companies; NF-e, NFC-e and CT-e are available today for Simples Nacional companies, with other tax regimes coming gradually. You need a Brazilian company registration (CNPJ) and the company's digital certificate.
  • The dashboard, the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy are in Portuguese; the Portuguese version prevails.
  • Fabrício, our WhatsApp assistant, can also reply in English, Spanish and Chinese. Prices are in Brazilian reais (R$).

Can a foreigner use SCA Notas?

Yes, as long as you have a Brazilian company (CNPJ) that issues invoices. SCA Notas issues Brazilian invoices only; it does not issue invoices for other countries.

What documents do I need?

Your company's CNPJ and its digital certificate (A1 type, .pfx or .p12 file). The certificate must be valid and in the company's name.

How much does it cost?

There is no monthly fee. Monthly Plan and Gateway charge only per invoice processed — the price per invoice is lower the more you issue in a month. The exact price and rule are always shown and confirmed before each invoice.

Is the platform available in my language?

This information page is available in English, Spanish and Chinese. The dashboard is in Portuguese for now. Fabrício, our WhatsApp assistant, can reply in your language, and you can also write to us by email.

Can I cancel?

Yes, at any time. There is no lock-in and no cancellation fee. Amounts already used or regularly due remain payable — see the Terms of Use (Portuguese).

Do I need to install anything?

No. SCA Notas works in your browser, on a computer or a phone.
